Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use

These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (“T&Cs”) govern the use of the Site as well as any purchase made through it.

By accessing the Site or placing an order, the customer agrees fully and unconditionally to these T&Cs.

1. Purpose

These T&Cs define:

  • the terms of access and use of the Site,

  • the rights and obligations of MM Company and the customer regarding the sale of products offered on the Site.

2. Access to the Site

Access to the Site is free for all users with an internet connection.
MM Company may suspend access at any time for maintenance or technical reasons.

The user acknowledges the limitations of the internet and agrees not to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.

3. Customer Account (if applicable)

Creating an account is optional.
If the user decides to register, they must provide accurate, up-to-date information.

MM Company reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of misuse, fraud, breach of these T&Cs, or malicious activity.

4. Products

Products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible.
Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.

All products sold are brand new.

If a product is unavailable after ordering, MM Company will inform the customer promptly.

5. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included, where applicable), excluding shipping fees.

MM Company reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
However, the price applied is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

6. Orders

An order is considered final after payment confirmation.

By placing an order, the customer accepts these T&Cs without reservation.

In cases where a customer provides incorrect or incomplete information, MM Company shall not be responsible for any delivery delays or additional costs.

MM Company may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including fraud, payment issues, or past disputes.

7. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Accepted payment methods are displayed on the Site (credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).

All payments are processed securely through certified payment service providers.

An order is only validated once payment has been authorised.

8. Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • France: 3–8 business days

  • European Union: 5–12 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

These may vary due to external factors such as customs, carrier delays, or peak periods.

A tracking number is sent to the customer once the order is dispatched.

If the customer provides an incorrect address or is absent during delivery, re-shipping costs may apply.

9. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with EU consumer law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item

The customer must notify MM Company by email at contact@shenkuro.com to initiate the withdrawal process.

10. Legal Guarantees

MM Company provides the following legal guarantees:

Legal guarantee of conformity

Valid for 2 years after delivery.

Guarantee against hidden defects

Under applicable civil law provisions.

If a product is defective or non-compliant, return costs are covered by MM Company.

11. Liability

MM Company is not liable for:

  • improper or unintended use of the product,

  • damage caused by customer negligence,

  • temporary unavailability of the Site,

  • delays due to carriers or customs,

  • events of force majeure.

The user agrees not to disrupt the Site, attempt to bypass security measures, or use automated data extraction tools.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (images, texts, graphics, videos, brand names, logos, product descriptions) is the exclusive property of MM Company or its authorized partners.

Any reproduction or distribution without express permission is strictly prohibited.

13. Personal Data (GDPR Compliance)

Customer data is collected for:

  • order processing,

  • delivery,

  • customer communication,

  • billing.

MM Company complies with the GDPR and all applicable data protection laws.

14. Cookies

15. Dispute Resolution

Customers must first contact MM Company for an amicable resolution.

If the dispute cannot be resolved, the customer may refer the matter to a certified consumer mediation service.

These T&Cs are governed by French law, and French courts shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws specify otherwise.
