How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $6.95. Duties and taxes are always included, so there is nothing extra to pay when your package arrives.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders arrive in 7 to 11 business days. Every package is tracked: you will get your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it anytime on our Track My Order page.
Will my order arrive before Christmas?
Order by December 4 and your knives will arrive in time for Christmas.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return your order, unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive it, your refund is issued within 1 to 3 business days. To start a return, email us at contact@shenkuroknives.com.
What steel are the blades made of?
Yoshino blades are made of 7Cr17 stainless steel, honed to a 15° angle. It resists rust, holds a sharp edge through everyday cooking and is easy to resharpen.
How do I care for my knives?
Hand wash with warm water and a little dish soap, then dry right away. Never put them in the dishwasher. Use a wooden or plastic cutting board (never glass or stone), and store your knives in a block, on a magnetic rack or in their box. Our care guide covers everything else.
Do the knives come in a gift box?
Yes. Every knife and set ships in a black presentation box, ready to give.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Shop Pay. Every payment is processed securely.
