I have low end knives which serve their purpose and I have knives that cost $200-$300 and this one is honestly one of my favorite! The weight is light yet sturdy, the cut is smooth and precise, and the blade is solid like as if was a heavy one. The overall result is a quality knife that can’t be beat with the price I paid.

These are a good quality set of knives. I like the thin design that allows for faster cutting, as well as the ergonomic shape of the handles. My favorites are the boning knife, the chef knife, and the Nakiri.
